摘要 人类命运共同体是以习近平同志为核心的党中央在中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局的时代背景下,统筹国内国际两个大局,基于党的国际体系观和中华文化的“天下大同”情怀,提出的原创性、时代性概念,体现了国家治理与全球治理的贯通性。从“五位一体”总体布局来解读,人类命运共同体旨在政治层面构建新型国际关系,在经济层面谋求发展成果共享,在文化层面维护人类共同价值,在社会层面追求全球普遍安全,在生态层面呵护地球共同家园,以此作为迎接全球性挑战、改革和完善全球治理的中国方案。 The“Community of Shared Future for Mankind”is an original,epic concept that illustrates the connectivity between state governance and global governance.It was put forward in the context of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and a major transition on the world political landscape by the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core.This concept dealing with the overall domestic and international situations is based on the CPC’s view on the international system and the inclusiveness of Chinese culture.The“Five-in-One”concept of Community of Shared Future for Mankind is aimed at building new international relations from a political perspective,sharing development achievements from an economic perspective,safeguarding common human values from a cultural perspective,pursuing universal global security from a social perspective,and caring for our common home,the earth,from an ecological perspective.It is the Chinese plan for facing global challenges and reforming global governance.
