摘要 作为哲学社会科学的重要组成部分,社科普及的有序推进需要现代信息技术的有力支撑。区块链以闭环管理、去中心化、防篡改性、公开透明、可追溯性等特征为其赋能社科普及提供了可能,然而当前社科普及区块链应用还面临观念、技术、制度等方面的挑战,呈现出去中心化导致核心主体缺位、技术落地缺乏专业人才支撑、政策法规缺失致使监管出现空白等问题。鉴于此,提出区块链技术赋能社科普及创新的规制策略,发挥社科普及工作者价值引领、奠定坚实的区块链应用基础、提升社科普及工作者技术素养、建立与区块链相关的政策法规等,借助区块链技术推动社科普及工作信息化,使社科知识和党的声音传得更开、更广、更深入。 As an important part of philosophy and social sciences,the orderly popularization of social science requires the strong support from modern information technology.Blockchain technology is characterized by closed-loop management,decentralization,resistance to tampering,transparency and traceability.This makes it possible to empower the popularization of social sciences.However,the popularization of blockchain technology application in social sciences currently faces conceptual,technological,and institutional challenges,resulting in the absence of core subjects due to decentralization,the lack of professional support for technological development,and regulatory dead zones due to the lack of policy and regulation implementation.In view of this,this paper puts forward the regulation strategy of blockchain technology enabling the innovative popularization of social sciences to highlight the guiding role of those engaged in the popularization of social sciences,smooth the way for the application of blockchain technology,promote the technical literacy of those engaged in the popularization of social sciences,introduce policies and regulations relevant to blockchain application,effect the digital transformation of the popularization of social sciences with the help of blockchain technology,and make social sciences and the voice of the party spread far and wide.
