摘要 复兴号动车组在设计研发阶段充分考虑了RAMS需求,为动车组的可靠运用和高效维修提供了良好的技术基础。根据CR400AF/BF复兴号动车组的技术特点,逐一分析动车组的可靠性、可用性、维修性、安全性特点,主要包括定量指标及要求和为达到指标而采用的设计原则,并以实例解释设计原则的具体应用,最后提出动车组修程修制正向顶层设计的一点想法。 The requirements of RAMS are fully considered in the design and development stage of Fuxing EMU,which provides a good technical basis for reliable operation and efficient maintenance of EMU.According to the technical characteristics of CR400 AF/BF Fuxing EMU,the reliability,availability,maintainability and safety characteristics of the EMU are analyzed one by one in this paper.The main contents include quantitative indexes and requirements and design principles adopted to achieve the indexes,explaining the specific application of design principles with examples.Finally,some ideas of sequential engineering and top-level design of EMU maintenance procedure and system are put forward.
