摘要 大型建筑物中的金属含量和品质是衡量建筑物寿命和工程抗震能力的重要指标,采用电磁感应的无损探测建筑物中的金属含量和品质是一种非常有效实用的检测手段。利用互感原理,研究低频情况下的互感输出特性,给出低频情况下输入、输出电压比与频率和磁阻的关系,分析频率、磁阻对其的影响。研究结果表明,在低频情况下,设定合适原、次线圈的匝数比,磁阻对于互感特性影响比较明显,改变磁阻可以使输出输入电压比呈非线性关系减少;频率升高,磁阻对于互感特性影响降低。该研究结果为互感式金属探测器的设计提供了一种思路。 The metal content and quality is a very important factor of large construction lifetime and engineering seismic ability.It is of very significance to nondestructively detect it with electromagnetic induction.based on principle of mutual inductance,the paper researches the characters of mutual inductance in low frequency,and gives the relationship about the ratio of output voltage and input voltage with the frequency,It is obviously for magnetic resistance to impact mutual inductance characteristics at setting the appropriate ratio of the mutual inductance rings in low frequency.And changing magnetic resistance can reduce the ratio of output voltage and input voltage in nonlinear relationship.Increasing the frequency will get an opposite conclusion.The result will give an idea of metal detector design.
