摘要 通过综合分析设备功能和煤岩体基本性质,设计并研制出一种具有立体性、多样性和相似性的孔壁模拟实验装置。该模拟装置由结构主体和辅助装置两大部分组成,拥有煤矿井下钻孔孔壁的不同结构与构造类型,满足“矿用钻孔成像仪使用技术”实验教学的基本要求,起到了较好的模拟仿真效果,具有一定的推广与应用价值。 During the experiment teaching process of“Utilization Technology of Drilling Imager for Mines”,there is only a drilling imager and no borehole wall entity of underground coal and rock geological bodies.In order to solve the problem,this article comprehensively analyzes the equipment functions and the basic properties of coal and rock bodies,designs and develops a pore wall simulation experiment device which is with three-dimensionality,diversity and similarity.The simulation device is composed of two parts:the main structure and the auxiliary device,and can simulate different structures and structural types of borehole walls in coal mines.It satisfies the basic requirements of the experimental teaching of“using technology of borehole imagers for mines”,and plays a good role.The simulation effect shows that the device has strong promotion and application significance.
