产教融合视域下传统工科专业升级改造路径研究——以纺织工程专业为例

摘要 新工科建设是高等工程教育主动适应新技术、新业态、新模式、新产业发展的战略举措,对传统工科专业的升级改造提出了一定的要求和挑战。基于产教融合视域下"重设培养目标、重构专业结构、重塑课程体系、重建育人机制、重组教学资源"的传统工科专业升级改造实践路径分析框架,对传统纺织工程专业升级改造的"五维"实践路径进行解析,可以得出传统工科专业升级改造的支撑体系包括四个方面:一是制定引领传统工科专业升级改造的行动路线,二是建立支撑传统工科专业升级改造的多元共治格局,三是建立支撑传统工科专业升级改造的教师队伍,四是建立新工科专业动态调整机制。 Establishing the Emerging engineering education is a strategic measure for higher engineering education to actively adapt to the development of new technologies, new formats, new models, and new industries. It poses certain requirements and challenges to the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors. based on the analysis framework of the traditional engineering majors upgrading and transformation practice path analysis framework of "resetting training goals, restructuring professional structure, reshaping curriculum system, rebuilding education mechanism, and reorganizing teaching resources" from the perspective of integration of industry and education, analyze the "five-dimensional reconstruction" practice path of upgrading and transforming traditional textile engineering. It can be concluded that the support system for the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors includes four aspects: the first is to formulate a course of action leading the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors, the second is to establish a diversified co-governance pattern that supports the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors, the third is to establish a team of teachers supporting the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors, the fourth is to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for new engineering majors.
