新工科教师胜任力模型的建构与分析

摘要 组建一支胜任新工程人才培养的工科教师队伍,是高校加快新工科建设进程、提高工程教育质量的关键。本文采用层次分析法,对新工科教师胜任力的素养结构进行研究,提出集知识素养、工程素养、教学素养、个人素养于一体的"四维一体"新工科教师胜任力模型。在此模型基础上,本文结合我国高校工科教师队伍的实际情况,提出高校新工科教师专业发展的提升路径,即构建多元知识体系,夯实教师知识素养;加大工程实训,提高教师工程素养;更新教学理念,提升教师教学素养;营造团队文化,提高教师个人素养。 It is the key to speed up the process of new engineering construction and improve the quality of engineering education to set up a qualified engineering teacher team. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to study the competency structure of new engineering teachers, and proposes a "Four-Dimensional Integration" competency model of "new engineering" teachers, which integrates knowledge literacy, engineering literacy, teaching literacy and personal literacy. On the basis of this model, this article combines the actual situation of the engineering teachers in the colleges and universities in our country, and proposes the improvement path for the professional development of new engineering teachers in colleges and universities, which is to build a multi-knowledge system to consolidate teachers’ knowledge professionalism;increase engineering training and improve teachers’ engineering professionalism;Update teaching concepts and improve teachers’ teaching professionalism;create a team culture to help teachers’ personal professionalism.
