摘要 地方农林院校的工科专业如何满足现代农业、乡村振兴以及区域经济社会发展对工程技术人才的知识、能力和素质的要求,如何凸显新工科背景下的具有工农交叉特色的工程教育组织模式,这是地方农林院校工科专业工程教育改革实践的重大课题。以某地方农林院校的工科专业建设为研究对象,针对人才培养、专业建设、教育模式与区域农业产业经济和新工科建设要求不适应的问题,提出了基于学科交叉和产业导向的工程教育模式改革的思路与举措,为地方农林院校工科专业的发展提供了工程教育新模式。 How to meet the requirements of modern agriculture, rural revitalization and regional economic and social development on the knowledge, ability and quality of engineering and technical personnel in local agricultural and forestry university, and how to highlight the engineering education organization mode with the characteristics of cross industry and agriculture under the background of emerging engineering education are the major issues of engineering education reform and practice in local agricultural and forestry university. Taking the engineering specialties of college of mechanical and electrical engineering of sichuan agricultural university as the research objects, aiming at the problems of personnel training, specialty construction, education mode, and the requirements of regional agricultural industry economy and emerging engineering construction, this study proposed the reform ideas and measures of engineering education mode based on interdisciplinary and industry oriented, which provided a new mode of engineering education for the development of engineering specialties in local agricultural and forestry university.
