摘要 通过对某老旧框架结构房屋的检测鉴定,结合业主的改造内容及要求,提出了优化加固设计方案。经过加固改造该工程取得了良好的效果,既保证了结构承载的安全,又实现了业主的改造要求。 Through the detection and appraisal of an old frame structure,and combining with the renovation content and requirements of the owner,this paper puts forward an optimized reinforcement design scheme.Through the reinforcement and reconstruction,the project has achieved good results,which not only guarantees the safety of the structure,but also realizes the transformation requirements of the owner.
