摘要 由于经济发展的外部和内部坏境已发生明显变化,未来中国将形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。在此背景下,亟需培育新的经济增长点以实现新旧动能转换。而在以物联网、大数据和云计算等新技术应用为主导的第四次工业革命的推动下,新技术、新经济、新业态、新模式将成为新的产业革命的重要元素。數字经济能够充分利用信息、数据等新型生产要素,并通过数字技术对传统贸易和产业发展进行升级改造,符合新经济增长点的选择原则,对促进经济提质增效具有重要意义。近年来,我国数字经济发展迅速但仍存在诸多短板。为推动數字经济进一步发展,政府、企业、社会各方力量需协调配合,使数字经济充分发挥助推经济增长的重要作用。 With the marked changes in the external and internal environment of economic development,China will foster a new development pattern focusing on the internal circulation and having the internal and external circulation complement eachother.In this context,it is urgent to cultivate new economic growth areas to transform the old economic momentum into a new one.Due to the fourth industrial revolution led by the application of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing,new technologies,new economy,new business formats and new models will become important elements of the new industrial revolution.The digital economy can make full use of information,data and other new factors of production,and upgrade the traditional trade and industrial development through digital technologies,which conforins to the selection principle of the new economic growth areas,and is of great significance to improving economic quality and efficiency:In recent vears,China's digital economy has developed rapidly,but many shortcomings still exist.In order to further promote the development of the digital economy,the government,enterprises and society need to coordinate and cooperate so as to make the digital economy fully play its role as a new economic growth area.
