摘要 人的城镇化是以高质量发展为导向的我国新型城镇化战略的核心,是挖掘内需潜力、满足农民日益增长的美好生活需要的关鍵。新时代人的城镇化是升级的人口城镇化、城乡融合发展的城镇化、城乡公共服务均等化和居村农民市民化的城镇化。面对新时代人的城镇化过程中存在的农民市民化意愿不强、大城市落戶难、公共服务不均等、住房短缺和留守老人等问题’政府需要采取“再助力”“再探索”“再賦权”“再让利”“再振兴”等相关对策,以便深入推进人的城镇化发屐。 People's urbanization is the core of China's new urbanization strategy oriented toward high-quality development,and also the key to tap the potential of domestic demand and meet the growing needs of farmers for a better life.The peopled urbanization in the new era is an upgraded one~one with the urban-rural integrated de\elopment,the equal access to urban-rural public serv ices and the capability of turning the rural residents into urban residents.In the face of the problems existing in the process of urbanization in the new era,such as farmers'weak willingness to become urban citizens,difficulties in settling down in big cities,inequality in access to public services,housing shortage and the left-bt*hind rural seniors,the government needs to take relevant measures including the"re-assist","re-explore",Mre-empower",Mre-subsidize"and"re-revitalize"policies,so as to further promote urbanization.
