Abstract:Synthetic pyrethroids are widely used in many fields, such as agriculture and animal husbandry, and their residues have a serious impact on human and animal health. This review summarizes the effects of SPs on oxidative stress and its related substances, SPs, GSH, MDA, GSH-PX, SOD, CAT, T-AOC activity in the brain cortex, hippocampus and cerebellum of rats were reviewed. The effects of ROS on oxidative stress injury in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus and cerebellum were reviewed.

SPs农药是一种新型仿生农药,因其有光谱、高效、低毒、低残留的特点而在农牧业等方面普遍应用。但大量SPs农药的使用会对人类和动物造成很大危害。SPs是第三大类杀虫剂,其使用量仅次于有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类[9]。溴氰菊酯是SPs农药中毒性最强的农药之一,其杀虫效率是双对氯苯基三氯乙烷(Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane,DDT)的100倍,比对硫磷大40倍[4]。美国有调查发现317例病例的发生与拟除虫菊酯农药暴露相关;在中国的梁滩河水域、九龙江河口、厦门西海域及珠江三角洲水体环境中屡被检出[1]。SPs农药使用对人和动物的健康有非常大影响,这方面的研究也越来越多。
