地方行业特色大学创新创业教育研究

摘要：地方行业特色大学是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，其创新创业教育效果，对国家创新创业教育战略的实现有较大的影响。当前，地方行业特色大学在创新创业教育方面，仍存在没有真正纳入人才培养方案、实践平台没有落到实处，师资队伍建设滞后和评估缺乏系统设计等问题。要想提升其育人效果，就要采取有效措施，把创新创业教育真正纳入人才培养方案，构建适应需要的实践平台，加强师资队伍建设，设计合理的评价制度。

Abstract: The local industry characteristic university is an important part of China's higher education system. The effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education has a greater impact on the realization of the national innovation and entrepreneurship education strategy. At present, local industry-specific universities in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship education still have problems such as not really incorporating talent training programs, practical platforms have not been implemented, faculty construction is lagging and evaluation lacks system design. In order to improve the effect of educating people, it is necessary to take effective measures to truly incorporate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training program, build a practical platform to meet the needs, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and design a reasonable evaluation system.
