物联网环境下的生鲜农产品智能供应链应用研究

摘  要：物联网对农产品供应链的影响是巨大的，将生鲜农产品供应链与物联网的紧密结合是未来农业的重要发展趋势。本文从首先介绍物联网引入生鲜农产品供应链的特点与意义,进而构建基于物联网技术的生鲜农产品智能供应链模式，实现智能化生产培育、冷链物流在途运输控制、质量安全管理与追溯，使供应链上各主体可以快速应对市场需求,增强供应链柔性和运作效率，实现农产品智能流通。

Absrtact: The impact of the Internet of Things on the supply chain of agricultural products is tremendous, and the close integration of fresh agricultural products supply chain and the Internet of Things is an important development trend of agriculture in the future. This paper first introduces the characteristics and significance of the introduction of the Internet of Things into the fresh agricultural products supply chain, and then constructs an intelligent supply chain model of fresh agricultural products based on the Internet of Things technology, which realizes the cultivation of intelligent production, on-the-way transportation control of cold chain logistics, quality safety management and traceability, so that the main bodies in the supply chain can quickly respond to market needs. In order to enhance the flexibility and operational efficiency of supply chain and realize the intelligent circulation of agricultural products.
