针刺内迎香穴治疗落枕80例疗效观察
 

摘要：目的 观察针刺内迎香穴治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法：选取80例落枕病人，以随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组：采用针刺双侧落枕穴。治疗组：针刺双侧内迎香穴。针刺1次观察临床疗效。结果：总有效率比较，治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为97.5%，2组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)，起效时间比较，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05），提示治疗组治疗起效时间短于对照组。结论：显示治疗组在缩短治疗时间方面均优于对照组。

Abstract: objective to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture neiyingxiang point on stiff neck. Methods: 80 patients with stiff neck were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, 40 cases in each group. Control group: acupuncture was used on both sides of the locked-in points. Treatment group: acupuncture both sides inside yingxiang point. The clinical effect was observed by acupuncture once. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, while that of the control group was 97.5%. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), and the difference in effective time was statistically significant (P <0.05), indicating that the effective time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion: the treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the treatment time.
