林毅教授巧用中医外治法防治乳腺病

摘要

    林毅教授是国家名中医，广东省中医院乳腺科学科带头人、主任医师。林教授在乳腺疾病的防治中积累了丰富的临床经验，包括在采用、巧用多种传统中医的外治方法来防治乳腺疾病。乳腺病的中医药外治法是一种颇具传统中医特色的治疗方法，如乳房局部拍打（运动）、针灸、按摩、揉抓、火针洞式烙口术、提脓化腐引流术，局部药物外敷等手段与方法均可治疗乳腺疾病，可达疏通乳络、散结、消肿、化瘀、排脓等功效。这些都是乳腺病中医外治的特色治法。林毅教授在运用外治法的同时，注重传承与弘扬，为乳腺病的中医外治法作了拓展工作。

Professor Linyi is a renowned national TCM doctor as well as a pioneer in the field of breast disease and the Chief of Professor in the related department of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province. Professor Lin has accumulated rich experience in the clinical treatment and prevention of diseases associated with the mammary gland using various kinds of external TCM methods. These methods are unique as they are characterized by the use of traditional Chinese medicine, including active and passive exercising of the breast, acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, rubbing scratch, flipping surgery of fire needle hole style and pus rotting drainage, dredging breast collaterals, fights, detumescence, etc.  All these external methods are characteristics of the TCM.  While using external treatments, Professor Lin also puts emphasis on the advancement and succession plans with the use of Chinese medicine to treat all kinds of mammary gland-related diseases.
