法务管理思维模式研究
【摘要】通过将法务管理置于组织语境中,对法务管理进行定位。比较法律思维和法务管理思维的重大差异,探讨从法律思维转变为法务管理思维的路径、边界假设和思维模式,提出法务管理思维的三个原则,让法务管理更好的服务于组织战略。
[Abstract] By putting the management of legal affairs in the organizational context, the management of legal affairs is positioned. This paper compares the major differences between legal thinking and legal affairs management thinking, explores the path, boundary hypothesis and mode of thinking from legal thinking to legal affairs management thinking, and puts forward three principles of legal affairs management thinking, so that legal affairs management can better serve the organizational strategy.
